Our Repair Process
Each item is received and assigned a unique service “1A” number for easy tracking.
1After check-in, we’ll take the time to evaluate your product & determine what repairs are needed.
2Next, we’ll provide a free quote for repair, usually completed within 48 hours of receipt.
3Once you approve the repair, we immediately place it on our repair schedule.
4Repairs are completed with care, and also include final quality checks.
5Either shipped or delivery by our drivers!

The AES Story
Let us tell you a bit about the AES story, and our journey as a company. AES was launched as an industrial electronic repair facility (more correctly, a 10’x12’ shed) in Mount Airy, NC, by Steve & Leslie Cooke back in March of 1992. Fast forward nearly 30 years, and our team now includes upwards of 150 employees, and is housed in a 100,000+ square-foot facility! We now serve customers around the globe through our careful repair of industrial electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment. We also offer OEM end-of-life support programs, vendor-managed inventory programs, assembly build services, and engineering services.
