
Quality Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Develops and documents procedures and process flow charts to maintain quality and process control.
- Works closely with production and support department leaders in reviewing quality data at regular intervals (weekly/monthly) and making recommendations for appropriate corrective action to improve results.
- Performs the function of ISO Management Representative.
- Creates process checklists and coordinates quality inspections with department supervisors/managers.
- Creates, improves, and trains employees on company policies and procedures.
- Educates production team on quality control issues and works with departmental supervisors/managers to improve overall product quality.
- Performs internal audits, documents results, issues corrective actions. Utilizes continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, Lean, etc.) and tools (SPC, RCA / 8D, DOE, etc.) and coaches team members in the application of CI tools.
- Leads all internal and external audits and addresses any non-conformities through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Coordinates training of the Quality Management System and ISO standards.
- Performs other duties as directed by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Two-year degree in Quality Management, Electronic Engineering or related field preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Quality field with preferred 2+ years in a Auditor related role.
- Previous project management experience in quality is preferred.
- Intermediate experience and working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to include, but not limited to; DMAIC, PDCA, Lean, SPC, RCA / 8D.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft products to include Excel, Word, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams and Planner preferred.

- Ability to read and understand component data sheets, diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to follow oral and written policies, procedures and instructions.
