We know that this is a very uncertain time due to the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus, and we want to reassure you that we are doing our best to avoid any disruption to your services.

The safety and health of our business partners, customers and team is our priority, and this could mean that some orders may experience delays. We will keep you updated if your order will be affected.

We respect that you may have placed restrictions or special protocol for pick up and deliveries and would like to follow your business practices. Please notify your dedicated Account Manager regarding any changes to how we should pick up or deliver items to your business. We will communicate this information to our Drivers and work with our shipping partners to best serve you during this situation.

03/25/20 Essential Business Update

March 25, 2020

As we face this public health crisis, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, and community. We have taken considerable measures throughout our company to minimize the COVID-19 risk of exposure and to comply with Federal, State, and Local guidance and health orders.

We have reviewed the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) guidelines for critical infrastructure sectors regarding the ongoing operation of essential businesses in these critical sectors. You can find the March 19th CISA guidance here.

As a supplier to the communications, critical manufacturing, healthcare & public health, energy, and food & agriculture industries, AES is operating in multiple critical business sectors. We are providing services that are essential to the operation of the above-mentioned industries which have been deemed essential infrastructure under the federal and state guidance applicable to us at this time. Therefore, we have and will continue to be fully operational in both of our production facilities.
