Condition Codes

We have four condition codes that are listed below to provide you with as many options as we possibly can to ensure the satisfaction of our customers!

New Item is new, never used, and packaged in AES packaging. Item may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Item has been tested and cleaned. Item is covered with a 1 year warranty.
Used Item has been previously used and packaged in AES packaging. Item may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Item has been tested and cleaned, but may show signs of use. Item is covered with a 1 year warranty.
Exchange Item is a new or refurbished item and is packaged in AES packaging. Item may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Item has been tested and cleaned, but may show signs of use. Item is covered with a 1 year warranty. When purchasing an exchange, you are shipped the item you requested with 24-48 hours of your order. Once you receive your order, you would send back an unrepaired item within 30 days that you have received your exchange item. If the item is not received within 30 days or is deemed unrepairable, you will be charged full amount of a used/new purchase cost.
Repair Item belongs to you and must be shipped or delivered via AES delivery services or customer. Once arrived, we will begin the repair process if pre-approved/pre-paid through our website or issued a purchase or-der to match the repair price. If you have not been quoted a repair price before we receive your item, it will first be quoted and then once you approve, we will begin the repair process.
