New/Used/Exchange Items

Once your order has been received by our order processing team, it is pulled from our warehouse and scheduled to be tested by one of our technicians to ensure functionality before shipment. Once the product has tested successfully, it will move to our Quality check where the Quality Assurance Managers verify all steps have been taken by the repair technicians and the product is clean, functional, tested, and ready to ship to you, our customer. Once our shipping staff receive the item it is then shipped to you.

Repair Items

Once your unrepaired item has been received and approved for repair, it will be scheduled to be repaired and tested by one of our technicians. Once the item has been repaired and tested successfully, it will move to our Quality check where the Quality Assurance Managers verify all steps have been taken by the repair technicians and the product is clean, functional, tested, and ready to ship to you, our customer. Once our shipping staff receive the item it is then shipped to you.
